21st IQ Puzzle is played by starting with one of the fifteen holes empty. A player proceeds by moving a ball over an adjacent ball and land in the adjacent empty hole. Jumped balls are automatically
removed from the board. All jumping must take place in a single straight line.
The goal is to have as few balls remaining as possible. 21st IQ tests a player's strategy skills as they jump balls and try to eliminate as many balls
as possible
